Top 10 NEW Medieval Games of 2022

Dragon Age Inquisition Review

Although initially the RPGs were very difficult and required a lot of involvement, the modern RPGs are much more appealing and gamer friendly. This is the main reason why more and more people are trying to play them, and with so many great RPGs nowadays you can’t go wrong! Dragon Age Inquisition is the latest installment in the fabled Dragon Age series, but unlike the previous entries, this game allows us to see an immense game world, as we follow an impressive story that reacts to our choices.

Video Game Review – Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

The Call of Duty series has always been the pinnacle of modern FPS, especially thanks to its extensive multiplayer experience. The series has received a new installment each and every year, and the last two games, especially Ghosts weren’t that highly praised, mainly because they failed to add something new to the already old formula. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare comes in a great time for the series, as the COD games do need a refreshing addition in order to remain the most successful FPS on the market.

Video Game Review – Far Cry 4

Ubisoft is one of the best game developers that you can find right now on the market as they always try to provide one of a kind, beautiful game worlds that you can explore at your own pace. Recently, Far Cry 4 has been released by them, showing once again that the company is a master at creating one of a kind, stellar environments that players can explore in any way they see fit.

LittleBigPlanet 3: First Impressions

LittleBigPlanet 3 was released last Tuesday for PS3 & PS4. It’s easily one of my favorite current-gen games, and I’d like to tell you a little bit about how I feel about this iteration so far.

Hyrule Warriors

The Legend of Zelda is a well renowned pinnacle of gaming, so when a spinoff of the series was announced I was more than a little skeptical. Koei Tecmo Games, the creators of the Dynasty Warriors franchise, came together with a few of the lead developers of the Legend of Zelda franchise. This collaboration created Hyrule Warriors, and I couldn’t be more ecstatic with the results.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is a third person action game developed by Monolith Productions, a studio owned by publisher Warner Brothers Interactive. In it you play a ranger named Talion who dies alongside his family at the hands of orcs, and who, in a dark ritual, is seemingly brought back to life bound to a shade.

Dragon’s Crown

Back in 2008 PlayStation 2 gamers were blessed with the game Odin Sphere, a hack n’ slash game made by Vanillaware. The game was greatly received overall, and in 2011 they announced their next project, Dragon’s Crown which was finally released in 2013 on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. Let me tell you, the wait was worth it. Dragon’s Crown blends hack n’ slash action perfectly with RPG-like leveling and stat building, resulting in a true homage to old school RPGs and action beat-em-ups alike.

Destiny Review

The last time we saw a game come from developer Bungie was in 2010, with their mega-smash hit, Halo: Reach. Since then the developers have been hard at work with a very ambitious project, Destiny. Teaming up with Activision, a publisher who has plenty of major franchises under its belt, Bungie made a bold choice. Together both Bungie and Activision will be committed to bring us 10 years of Destiny, whether we want it or not. From extensively playing over the game’s content I can say this game still needs some work, but there is hope.

Diablo III The Ultimate Evil Edition

I can’t believe I did it again. I bought Diablo 3 for the fourth time! I’ve purchased both the PC original and its expansion, and now I’ve done the same with the console versions. Obviously, I am huge fan of the Diablo series, but pretty much anything Blizzard is amazing. With this developer, quality is insured. Granted, when Diablo 3 first came out on the PC there were problems everywhere, but the fundamental gameplay was still astonishingly fun. With Diablo: Reaper of Souls now available for home consoles, Blizzard has fixed literally every problem with the game thus far. You’re in for a treat.

Bungie’s Destiny Release Woes, A Production Stumble Or Marketing Stunt

Speculation on Bungie’s Destiny release. Was it just the pre-game release jitters catching up the reality of such a huge deployment or a fabricated calculated decision to boost market exposure.

P.T. – The Next Generation of Horror

On August 12th Sony and the fictitious company, 7780s studios, released a demo of sorts on the PlayStation Network that would soon go on to be revealed as a playable teaser for the next Silent Hill game, despite the “demo” being in first-person. Apart from the playable teaser being the first of it’s kind, and a fantastic marketing device, it also managed to be one of the best, and most terrifying, horror games I’ve ever played.

Mastering the Game: Clash of Clans

For those who are fond of interesting games, Clash of Clans is the latest sensation. From combat to defence, this game is designed to test your thinking abilities, planning skills and desire to win. Unlike others, we don’t believe in sharing tricks that will scam the game and make it an easy win for you.
