10 Graphics Mods That Make DRASTIC Improvements [2022]

Rock Band 2 Review – New Online Modes Are Fun, But Most of the Gameplay is Unchanged

In the beginning, Harmonix created Guitar Hero and the rhythm gaming craze and it was good. Then, they left Activision upped the ante by adding Rock Band’s drums and vocals and it was better.

Shaun White Snowboarding – Road Trip Review – Excellent Balance Board Controls, Very Few Courses

Excellent use of the balance board that other games should emulate. Repetitive levels with very little track, task or trick variety holds back the game’s stellar control potential.

A Foretaste of Guitar Hero – Metallica

The new iteration of the Guitar Hero series release is now closer. Neversoft, Vicarious Visions, Budcat Creations along with publisher Activision is going to release Guitar Hero: Metallica soon. They are offering over 20 guest acts, making it a very solid game. The new installment features rock to heavy metal songs, which supports all of the guitar hero instruments.

Killzone 2 Multiplayer

Killzone 2 is the latest Playstation 3 release and First-Person shooter. Generally a solid game, its multiplayer has a few weaknesses and mastering it can be hard.

God of War 3

This is the forthcoming installment of the God of War series of games. The iteration is currently being developed solely for the Playstation 3 console as the project was announced on E3 2008. With the protagonist, Kratos still hungers revenge from the stories in the series. In which he wants to be rid of the nightmares that have plagued him since he had been tricked into murdering his own family. The last iteration ended with a cliffhanger. If you know how God of War 2 ended, you would usually know what lies ahead in the upcoming game.

Resident Evil 5

Capcom has certainly reached a point wherein they are trying to focus on worldwide respect and legendary status. OK, maybe that was a little exaggerated, but with this new game coming out, one would certainly wonder. Resident Evil 5 is an excellent action packed survival horror game that builds upon its forerunners. The game is massively fun, though this description is referred to the demo (issued for the Xbox 360) that was released in Japan around December of 2008 (and a month later in Europe and North America). Fans of the genre and the series will definitely be amazed at the scale and ambition of this game. Although the demo has its downsides, it is hoped that all the minor irks would at least be tweaked before its official release for better performance and therefore garner praise from the gaming community.

Achievements Review – The Watchmen – The End is Nigh

A review of the achievements for the Xbox 360 arcade game, “The Watchmen: The End is Nigh”. It covers the types of achievements, and some basic information of the game. To begin, you don’t have to worry about any spoilers if you play the game, The Watchmen:TEIN is a side story based on some of the dialogue between Rorschach and Nite Owl in the comic book (which isn’t anything like a superhero action story, trust me), and isn’t going to ruin the movie for you, either.

Call of Duty 5 World at War Review

Call of Duty – World at War 5 is a first person shooter video game and is one of the most popular World War II theme video games. The game has been published by Activision and developed by Treyarch for all the different versions of Windows, Playstion 3, Xbox 360, etc.

FEAR Unloaded in Tepid FEAR 2

FEAR 2 took I’d say about four years before arriving back to gamers. In four years a lot can happen and for the life of me I can’t say that FEAR 2 has added anything new or even remotely successful to it’s own story. I do remember playing fear on the PlayStation 2 and I remember further that it was somewhat dated to me even then, since I was playing it on a PS3 but had rented it but could not finish it for some reason that I don’t remember.

Mae Q’West and the Sign of the Stars Game Review

In my life I learned that horoscopes are not real and sometimes, they are merely coincidental. In the case of our protagonist in Mae Q’West and the Sign of the Stars though, her horoscope seems to speak her life’s major happenings. Well sometimes, the fortunes are still figuratively speaking, but I guess for a desperate woman like Mae, the Capricorn zodiac still gives her hope in this hidden object quest.

The Serpent of Isis Game Review

At first glance, you might mistake The Serpent of Isis as just another hidden object game about an adventurer and his quest to find ancient Egyptian relics. However, there are quite a few distinctions from the norm. For one, the game does not involve the protagonist contending with the ruins of Egypt, and another thing, most of the game settings are just the various cabins of the Mont Palu Express train.

Mean Girls Game Review

As part of Legacy Interactive’s efforts to base casual games from Paramount’s three most successful films, the Mean Girls game takes center stage as the second game of the series. This time around, you’re off to play naughty or nice in a match-3 battle game play much resembling the famous Puzzle Quest game. But instead of monsters and ghouls, you’re up against the student body of North Shore High School.
